Prophecies in Dasam Granth

"GURU NANAK" appeared (born) in the full moonlight of November (Thursday) in the year 1469 A.D. He being the Master, the Incarnation of Supreme Being and Creator, GURU OF ALL PROPHETS, GURU OF BRAHMA, VISHNU and MAHESH (also narrated in BHIKHEYA PURAN, as discussed in other topics at this community) founded the SIKH RELIGION names as SIKHISM. He was followed by nine great successors. The tenth being was "GURU GOBIND SINGH". It was the tenth Guru of Sikhs who wrote this scared Granth. It has 1429 pages and is easily available in market of Sikh literature (but in Gurmukhi version only, the Gurmukhi words founded by the third successor of Guru Nanak).

From page 571 to 581 (in detail), Guru Sahib writes how on the earth, the people would be absorbed in sins and satan to such an extent that the earth will be encumbered by sins; the sons will seduce their mothers; the daughters dwelled in amorous dalliances with their fathers; the brothers lead astray their sisters without a hitch; the truth (TRUE WORD OF THE GOD) would be neglected and forgotten; the people engrossed in false and illusionism; nobody will remain Hindu or Muslim by their deeds (although they may claim themselves religious); nobody follows the teachings of Shastras and Quran; all becomes unholy, ungodly, recreant and abandoned; number of mendacious sects will come to existence and all will claim themselves to be true representative of God; everybody indulged in unrighteousness, impious and irreligious conduct; the world drowned in impiety, immorality, wickedness and unscrupulousness; the people lost in impudent, shameless and ignominious acts.

Than for the protection of his beloved ones, incarnation of GOD VISHNU will take place. He would appear on the earth with a loud sound of a BANG.

In quatrain 140 of page 581, the Great Master writes:-

(In gurmukhi)
Paap samooh binasun kau, kalki avatar khaveingey,
Turkasch turang sapasch baddo, kar kaad kirpaan khapaaveingey,
Nikse Jim kehar parvat Te, taas sabh divaleya paveingey,
Bhal bhag bhaya eh Sambhal key, hari ju harmander aaveingey.

To annihilate the collectivity of sins, he will come with the nake “KALKI”,
To destroy the Turks (Muslims), on the horse he will be riding, would shine his scimitar and ruin them,
As if a lion has come out of the mountains, the fame of temples would rise,
Thy good fate of “Sambhal”, the God will come to Golden Temple

Text.

Incarnation of God Vishnu will take place to destroy the sins and satan on this earth at “Sambhal”. This “Sambhal: place is in ‘Uttar Pradesh’, one of the state in India where the first was between Indian troops and “KALKI SINGH” take place. It also must be noted that the river Ganges flows in this state of India. (The Indian Army would be complete destroyed by him and his soldiers, the author writes in his quatrain 454). Kalki Singh would visit to Golden Temple, Amritsar (Punjab). It is not clear, whether Kalki Singh visits there before, during or after the battle.

Quatrain 141

Ar maar sudhaar key ghanno bahur kal dharma chalaveingey,
Sabh saadh ubaar lahay kar day kar dukh aanch na lagan paveingey,
Bhal bhag bhaya eh Sambhal key, hari ju harmandir aaveingey.

(He) would have a pleasant, unique, beautiful appearance so that the Gods and demons would feel shy before him. After killing all the enemies, reformation of all, (he) will introduce and preach the religion in Kalyuga to all,
All the saints, he would protect by keeping his hand on them from affliction and not let the grief and sorrow even touch them,
Thy the good fate of Sambhal, the God will come to Golden Temple.

After killing number demons, winning the battle, drums would be beaten up as a sign of being victorious,

Whatever the direction he goes, will put down the millions of offences,
Thy the good fate of Sambhal the God will come to Golden Temple.

Kalki Singh will arrange the ceremonies after winning the great war. In all the four directions, in which he shall appear, the victory will kiss his feet. His fame and praise would spread all over the world.

The unmovable (Kings) would be won, (they) will go to his refuge and sign for his praise,
Thy the good fate of Sambhal, the god will come to Golden Temple.

Text

Kalki Singh will appear (on the earth) on seeing the poor condition of his beloved saints. All on the earth the unsubdued and impregnable would be defeated. Thy the good fate of this Sambhal place, where the god (Kalki) will appear and come to Golden Temple.
The quatrain 455 explains how Kalki Singh will go beyond the boundaries of India and win over the forces of other nations and continents. In quatrain 461 is written that he will defeat Kabul (Afganistan), Kandhar (Afganistan), Harewi (?), Iraq and Nisake (?). quatrain 464 gives the details of winning over the Africans. From quatrain 465 to 483, the writer writes how “Kalki Singh” would be the great destroyer of the demons. He would be the mightiest of might. The god in the heaven will joy in dance, seeing the evil being destroyed by him. All who would stand throw their armaments and run back.
Quatrains 484 and 485 described that Kashmiris (India), Bengalis (India) and Russians would be completely ruined by him. In his praise, “Guru Gobind Singh” writes – “His arms are unbreakable, the light refulgent, the glory and splendor dazzle like the sun, crusher of evil intent, subduar of sin.”
From quatrain 486 to 506, the author of the book writes in detail that after winning all the nations of East, he will proceed to the West. He will conquer the unconquerable; he will break the unbreakable to pieces. His challenging voice will make the nations tremble, humbles the pride even of the mightiest when he wields the bow, even the mightiest quails before him. The sword too, he piles like a powerful warrior. He will fight the deadliest of the battles. They who annexed many dominions, humbling powerful fortress and smothered of men of great powers and chivalry and wazed many wars and were engaged in fierce engagements, they would become helpless victims of death. They would be destroyed instantaneously; their forces, fleets and troops would be badly mauled by Kalki Singh. Those engaged in war would lose their life and fall to the ground as if cloud had burst. The entire earth would tremble, there would be terrible noise of martial music and the dreadful yells of warriors. Tyrants would be destroyed and enemies annihilated.
A horrible picture of the war is described here, though no names of the nations are written but the text is self explanatory.
Quatrain 507 to 510 refers that after winning the entire Western continent, he would proceed to the Southern direction. After conquering all the strong, unmovable nations of south, at the end China, Nepal and Tibet are crushed by him.
Taking along the forces of East, West and Southern nations, a fierce combat between the northern continents and Kalki Singh takes place, which after the dreadful war are defeated by him.

Quatrain 550 to 588 explains:-

After winning the whole earth, he celebrates his victory. People are turned to religion.
Kalki Singh declares himself as the Emperor of the earth. All the nations are united to one under him. His fame, praise and laud rises in all the directions and all the heavens. But at the WILL of the “Supreme God”, the Creator, the Divine Spirit; Kalki Singh is eliminated ( due to his Ego) by “Mehandi (Singh) Mir” (as was his name in his previous birth , but now would be a Sikh under the Command of Kalki Singh), who declares himself the new King of the world.

Mir Mehandi is filled with ego and evil. He forgets the Supreme Creator of Universe and claims himself the Lord. From that day he suffers from thirst and hunger. His days and nights would be consumed in grief and sorrow. He would be suffering from the worst touch of leprosy on his feet. As the time passes, a disease after disease will make his sufferings worst. He would be neither in living ones nor the dead ones. His death would be worst than a dog. Thus, the divine God makes his end in such a pitiable condition, as a result of his vanity. He will die of disease of loose flesh.

Kalyuga comes to an end and Satyuga , a new era of truth begins. Peace prevails over the earth and is maintained for period of one million and 20 thousand years.

In other chapter of “Dasam Granth”, Guru Gobind Singh writes “Deg teg jag meh dau chaleh”. “Deg” literally means “community kitchen” or “Langar” whereas “Teg” represents “dignity and power”. “Deg” to feed the poor and stranger, regardless of caste and religion and “Teg” the sword to destroy the oppressor of humanity and protect the oppressed. Hence, “deg” and “teg” of Khalsa are symbol of service and power. May the “deg” and “teg” of Khalsa be ever victorious, may the royal title of Khalsa be universally honored, and may the victory attend the Panth6.
In everyday prayer of Sikhs in their Gurudwaras (Sikh Temples), they repeat “Raj karega khalsa, aaki rahe na koi, Khawaar hoe sabh milehnge, bache sharan jo hoe” – Khalsa shall rule and no opponent shall exist, the ruined shall go together to those protected one’s.
It must be remembered that this above saying came from the Tenth master himself nearly 300 years back from today.
Yeah, he would be Singh, rather Nihang Singh. Incarnation of VISHNU under the command of GURU SAHIB. To know more and better, you are requested to go thoroughly all the topics here, if you are really and genuinely interested rather just taking a glance or simple look.
